About this role
Okuzero Workshop is launching soon. We're looking for part-time staff to help prepare events, look after participants and keep every workshop session running smoothly. Great for anyone interested in design and learning.
What you'll do
Prepare the venue, equipment and documents before each workshopRegister and welcome participantsHelp the speaker run group activities during workshopsManage the online setup (Zoom / Meet) for online sessionsCapture photos of the event and collect evaluation forms afterwardWhat we're looking for
Students or general public aged 18 and overService-minded, friendly and a good communicatorTeam player who can solve problems on the spotAvailable on workshop days (including some holidays)Able to travel to venues in BangkokNice to have
Interested or studying in Design, UX/UI or EducationHas worked as event or camp staff beforeAble to take photos or create social contentWhat you'll get
