About this role

We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who's passionate about solving problems for users. Join us in designing websites, applications and systems for clients across many industries, from research through handoff to the Developer team.

What you'll do

Conduct User Research, Personas and User Journeys to understand users

Design Wireframes, UI and Interactive Prototypes in Figma

Build and maintain a Design System the whole team can use

Run Usability Testing and improve designs from the results

Work with Developers and PMs to deliver work that actually ships

What we're looking for

2+ years of UX/UI experience with a portfolio

Fluent in Figma, including Auto Layout and Components

Understand UX principles, Visual Hierarchy and Accessibility

Communicate and present work well to clients

Team player who welcomes feedback

Nice to have

Experience designing Mobile Apps (iOS / Android)

Basic HTML / CSS knowledge

Able to do Motion or Micro-interactions
